Description:
The Nonquitt marsh dominates the landscape to the east of Mattarest Lane, and Buzzard’s Bay laps at the beach to the south. Most of the acreage of this property is made up of salt marsh, mudflats and open water. There is a barrier beach adjacent to Mattarest Lane, and a culvert allows tidal flow to the salt pond and the marsh. |
