About Nicole:
Nicole Benisch is the founder of Light Spirit Essentials and Alchemia Sound. She offers a grounded approach to holistic wellbeing and spirituality, incorporating Sound Healing, Reiki, and Meditation. Over the past 15 years Nicole has honed her musical abilities through deep plant medicine explorations, vocal and songwriting workshops, and self-study. She has held space for dozens of weekend retreats, for hundreds of people, during which she did intense personal shadow work, as well as learned how to use music to intentionally support the body’s natural capacity for healing and catharsis. Nicole is a certified Yoga Instructor (YogaWorks 2009), Herbalist (Peeka Trenkle 2014) and Reiki Master (Asa Angel Holistic Healing 2022). She has also studied music and vocal technique with Greg Sherrod, Songwriting with Ayla Nereo, Irish Keening with Mary McLaughlin, and the Mytho-somatics of Song Invocation with Josh Schrei and Peia Luzzi.
