Come, experience the special magic of a guided Summer Forest Bathing Walk at Smith Farm with certified forest therapy guide, Diane Pienta.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), this slow, mindful experience invites you to step away from daily stress and reconnect with nature—and with yourself.
** Limited to 12 participants for an intimate gathering. We’ll move slowly and likely sit on the ground, so dress comfortably and feel free to bring a light folding chair if preferred.
*Please leave furry friends at home for this walk!
Diane Pienta is an author, teacher and forest therapy guide who loves to guide people into relationship with the land, and with themselves. As a forest therapy guide, her work is rooted in the knowledge that Nature is not just a place we visit, but a living presence we belong to. Through slow, sensory immersion and mindful wandering, she creates space where people can soften, listen & reconnect with the rhythms that modern life often drowns out. Diane has guided numerous walks for private groups as well as larger institutions.
