MaryBeth Soares LicAc will be offering a 6 week class of QiGong & TaiChi DNRT’s Helfand Farm. Find your strength, harmony, and health through slow balanced mindful movement and breath. Great for all ages and abilities!
This course will offer practice in Eight Pieces of Brocade QiGong and two short TaiChi forms that address movement on both sides of the body. QiGong is focused on generating, transforming and circulating energy. TaiChi is a relaxed moving meditation and martial art which calms the body & mind.
